Laredo soybeans are an annual forage-type variety often used for summer wildlife food plots, as they provide a good source of protein for deer and game birds. Laredo soybeans can also be used for hay or soil building, and are a nitrogen fixing crop.
Planting information: plant in May-June at a rate of 30-40 pounds per acre, 1-2 inches deep, in soil with a pH between 5.5 and 6.5.
